✳️ To secure a reservation management, O'hotel requires its guests the total amount of room charges must pay in full in advance
✳️ Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
✳️ The room rates are quoted in HK dollars
✳️ The guests are expected not to use any fraudulence information for the reservation. O'hotel reserve the right of the final decision.
✳️ O'hotel will provide rooms for the guests according to the hotel's conditions. If it failed to provide a room for the guest, the part of room charges will be refund and the hotel will not be accountable for any responsibilities. (Depends on the situation at the time)
✳️ For any reason change of date and name, will charge 10% as a service charge. But guest must noify the hotel in advance within 24 hours (Depends on the situation at the time)
✳️ All reservations cannot be cancelled
✳️ Failure to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival will be treated as "No-Show" and no refund wil be given
