(Depends on the situation at the time) ✳️ All reservations cannot be cancelled ✳️ Failture to check-in on the scheduled day of arrival will be treated as "No-Show" and no refund will be given. ✳️ O'hotel cannot accept any liability or pay any compensation for force majeure (an eventful situation like natural disasters or manmade crisis) it is done for precautionary measures. ✳️ Under normal circumstances, the refund will take at least 6-8 weeks, The 3.5% refund fee will be borne by the cardholder
